General condittions and how to book a coourse:1. Please complete the enrolment form and return it by post, fax

- 47001 Valladolid - SPAIN 2. Send a deposit of 200 € by bank transfer or International banker's Cheque to IH Valladolid. State name and course date, on form of payment. Please also attach a photocopy of proof of payment of your enrolment form.The 200 € will be discounted from the total amount. Please add 15 € to cover bank charges. 3. On receipt of your deposit we will reserve your course and accommodation.By return post, fax or e-mail you will receive confirmation of your course and outstanding fees as well as detailed information for your journey and stay. Approximately 10 days before the course starts and once the full payment has been received, IH Valladolid will send you the accommodation address and a map of Valladolid 4. Payment: Please note payments are only accepted in € and must be received by IH Valladolid/California School SLU 20 days prior to the course starting date.International banker´s cheque issued to a Spanish bank or bank transfer (all charges to be paid by the student) to our account in IH Valladolid - California School S.L.U 6. On the first day of your course: Please arrive at the school at the time shown on your confirmation letter. Bring with you a copy of the confirmation of registration and of your post payment receipt. 7. Any cancellation should be made in writing. If received more than 20 days before the course, only the deposit will be charged. If between 20 and 8 days, the fee of the first week of the course will also be charged. No refund after these days. No refund is due for incompleted courses or for lessons not held on public holidays. Exceptions at the discretion of IH Valladolid Director. Housing will be reserved for the time period indicated in the enrolment form, from the Sunday before the starting date to the day after the end of the course. In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount left less a 20% for administrative reasons. Two week notice is always required. 8. The course management reserves the right to use photographs of students for promotional purposes. 9. IH Valladolid reserves the right to reduce the sessions per week if the number of students is lower than 3. (From 20 sessions to 10 sessions) or to begin or postpone courses depending on the number of students registered (3 students minimum). Insurance:All students enrolled on the course must have medical insurance. Students from the EU countries can obtain the E-111 form in their respective countries to receive medical assistance in Spain. Remember to bring the original copy with you.
